A 1,750-foot tunnel dug through solid rock.

Scripture Reference: 2 Kings 20:20
"As for the other events of Hezekiah's reign... and how he made the pool and the tunnel by which he brought water into the city..."
The Evidence
The Bible says King Hezekiah dug a tunnel to bring water into Jerusalem during the Assyrian siege.
Historical Context
The tunnel exists today and tourists can walk through it. An ancient inscription (the Siloam Inscription) was found inside describing how the two teams of diggers met in the middle.
