Chirality (Handedness)

Life requires 100% 'left-handed' amino acids.

Scripture Reference: Psalm 139:14
"I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well."

The Evidence

Amino acids come in two mirror-image forms: left-handed (L) and right-handed (D). In nature, they appear in a 50/50 mixture (racemic). However, life requires 100% left-handed amino acids to build proteins.

Historical Context

If even one right-handed amino acid is included, the protein chain collapses. Random chemistry always produces a mixture. There is no natural mechanism to select only left-handed ones. This 'homochirality' points to intentional design.

Significance

Chemical probability prohibits the random formation of functional proteins.
